Mainly Music are fun, interactive music sessions for young children and their parents/caregivers. Young children and their parents/caregivers join together for a fun, 30 minute music session, then afterwards enjoy coffee and calories (children are given a snack and drink) in a relaxed setting. Mainly Music is an activity you and your child (birth to school age) can participate in and enjoy together.

Throughout the session, children develop gross and fine motor skills, language, imagination, maths and pre-reading skills as well as socialise with others. Each mainly music is associated with and is run by volunteers from a local church. 

In regards to cost, there is no charge for your first session. Then you can either pay $5 per session, or $40 for a 10 session pass. This includes a simple morning tea for the children and a special morning tea (lovely home baking!) for adults.

Our Mainly Music sessions are on Wednesday mornings at 9:30am-10:45am during term time, held in our church hall.
